Respect his past choices

Relationships should be an addition to ones life and not something that should become one’s life. You should not get into a relationship and demand your partner to stop communicating with certain individuals who were in his/her life way before you came. There is no need of going down the list of your partners friendships with an eraser. You are made to embrace them and respect your partners choice. If he loved you even with their presence in his life then they wont have any effect with his feelings to you. If they were, they could have did so before he loved you. You could have made that demand before committing yourself to him. You knew what you were getting into before you got started, so dont try to change it up now. No one should get rid of genuine friendships even if its a cross gender friend because he/she gets a partner or gets married.
